Three ways for us to tell your story.

From “bring the finished content and we’ll build the stage” to “let’s sit down, get to the bottom of your business and do all of it for you.” You’re choosing not so much the size of the site as the level of service — how much of it we take off your shoulders.

How to choose

The simplest way to explain it is like service at a table:

A waiter

brings the menu, takes your order, sometimes suggests what’s good — and you get exactly what you ask for.

A steward

does the same, but first sits down, talks it through and advises you before you order.

A concierge

goes further: shows you the kitchen, introduces the chef, asks about your needs — and makes sure they’re actually met, not just hands you a card.

The higher you go, the less you need to know upfront — and the more you understand about your own business by the time we’re done.

Maintenance

A website isn’t a piece of furniture you buy once and leave standing. It’s a garden — the algorithms change, and a good position needs tending (more in the chapter “The algorithm moved the goalposts”). So, three levels of care:

Watchtower

£95/mo

Monitoring tools + backups + an hour of small jobs a month (and for the little things we don’t count the minutes — we do it properly). Peace of mind that someone’s watching.

Caretaker

£190/mo

Everything in Watchtower + regular updates, SEO re-tuning when the algorithms shift, small content changes and priority response. Your site doesn’t just stand there — it keeps its shape.

Guardian

£490/mo

Full care of your presence online + optional marketing. For those who simply want to run their business and know the rest is in trusted hands.

Work outside the plan: £60/hr. Prices are final — we’re not VAT-registered, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.

You could do all of this yourself.

The only question is whether that’s the best place for your time — because what you pay us is usually less than what you’d spend along the way on courses, plugins and months of trying. (The whole reckoning is in the chapter “You could do it yourself…”.)

Everything that moves on this site is hand-built SVG — no stock, no templates.

Need something more than a website?

The same conductor stands behind superweb and piotrkopec.com. Over the decades Piotr has led different orchestras — what tells them apart is scale. At superweb he conducts a chamber orchestra: nimble, precise, close to you. At piotrkopec.com, where he puts his own signature, he conducts a symphony orchestra — designing, building and repairing whole business systems by the Karbonado method, where a raw idea becomes a machine that, with a trained pilot, can fly high.

If your problem is no longer a website but a whole business that has to come together and play as one — that’s a piece for a full orchestra. Come and see.
